Job summary

A global talent acquisition firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a 12-month contract to oversee recruitment efforts primarily in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will join a diverse team, championing diversity and inclusion while providing end-to-end recruitment services. Candidates should have a degree in HR and proven experience in recruitment roles, preferably in Malaysia.

• Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Business Partner role within Malaysia.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, assessment design, and talent pipelining.
• Experience working with or implementing AI-driven recruitment tools.

The ideal candidate will be multi-lingual in English & one other language.

Person Specification

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Additional Talent Acquisition or HR related professional qualification favourable.
• Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Business Partner role within Malaysia.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, assessment design, and talent pipelining.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS/HRIS platforms.
• Experience working with or implementing AI-driven recruitment tools.
