A global talent acquisition firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a 12-month contract to oversee recruitment efforts primarily in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will join a diverse team, championing diversity and inclusion while providing end-to-end recruitment services. Candidates should have a degree in HR and proven experience in recruitment roles, preferably in Malaysia.
Operating within Sedgwick’s International Talent Acquisition (TA) Centres of Expertise (CoE) model and aligned with global TA strategic goals, we have an opportunity to appoint a new TA Business Partner to look after the primary Talent Acquisition region of Malaysia, but also additional countries as needed. The ideal candidate will be multi-lingual in English & one other language.
