We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Associate (Fresh Grads Welcome)!

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be responsible for attracting top talent and sourcing qualified candidates for the consultants' job orders.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Work Mode: Work From Office

Role: Talent Acquisition Associate

What You'll Do
  • Be an integral part of the Singapore desk team, fulfilling the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore.
  • Understand Singapore consultant clients’ business overviews and client requirements for positions.
  • Utilize various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants’ job orders, including headhunting, database search, online job advertisements, referrals, etc.
  • Conduct cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for the position.
  • Assist in coordinating interview schedules and other closing procedures such as reference checks.
  • Gather feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates and keep all candidates informed on the outcome.
  • Manage candidate relationships until they are offered or rejected by the client.
  • Share feedback with candidates in an appropriate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and policies.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (fresh grads welcome)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
