Key Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing efforts for high-priority and strategic roles, developing targeted recruitment campaigns that showcase the company’s culture and growth opportunities.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure employer branding strategies support ongoing hiring needs and talent pipelines.
- Manage recruitment marketing efforts to reach passive and active candidates through channels such as job fairs, social media, and professional networks.
- Recruitment Analytics & Insights: Use data and performance metrics to inform decisions, improve sourcing effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Talent Recruitment Operations: Execute the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Standardize recruitment processes, KPIs, and ensure compliance across business units.
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and values to enhance attraction and retention.
- Design and manage content across social media, career sites, and job boards to boost brand visibility.
- Build and maintain professional networks with HR professionals, educational institutions, and industry partners.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and equal opportunity regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant recruitment and employer branding experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience as a headhunter for senior roles is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, job portals, and recruitment metrics. Proven success in high-volume and strategic hiring across various functions.
- Strong understanding of talent sourcing, recruitment marketing, and employer branding strategies.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Creative, proactive, results-oriented, with strong project management skills.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Data-driven with analytical skills for decision-making.
- Stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
