Job description

Job Responsibility

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Explain and promote the features and benefits of various takaful certificates.
• Analyze clients' existing takaful coverage and recommend improvements or adjustments.
• Customize takaful plans to meet individual client needs and financial situations.
• Manage certificates renewals, ensuring timely updates and continued coverage.
• Maintain accurate records, both electronic and paper-based, for all client interactions and transactions.
• Assist clients with claims, ensuring a smooth and supportive claims process.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum Education: Diploma or higher in any field.
• Languages Required: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Background or knowledge in sales, marketing, or finance is an added advantage.
• Personal Traits:Enjoys meeting new people and is eager to learn.A quick thinker with a generous and empathetic attitude.Able to understand and relate to clientsâ needs and perspectives.
