Qualifications

• Previous sales or Takaful experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and manage a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Assess clients' financial situations, long-term goals, and protection needs to recommend suitable solutions.
• Present tailored Shariah-compliant financial and family protection solutions based on each client's needs.
• Manage the sales process, assist with certificate applications, and maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients.
• Support existing clients by helping them understand, review, update, or maintain their active policies through regular follow-ups.
