Mateen Group is seeking motivated individuals to join as Takaful Consultants in Malaysia. You will help individuals and families identify protection needs and recommend suitable Takaful solutions, with comprehensive training and mentorship provided.

Meet clients, build relationships, and deliver after-sales service and policy reviews while generating new business through referrals and networking. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree (or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
