Qualifications

• Malaysian aged 22–50.
• Candidates who already possess PCIL, PCE, CEILI, or other recognised insurance/Takaful licences are highly preferred and strongly encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates and career changers without licences are also welcome, as training and guidance will be provided.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Own transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional financial protection and Takaful solutions based on clients’ needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable life and medical protection plans.
• Develop your client portfolio through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Attend training, coaching, and professional development programmes.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
