Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Takaful Consultant position based in Kuantan. The Takaful Consultant will provide tailored takaful solutions to clients, identify and meet customer protection and financial needs, and build long-term business relationships. The role involves promoting and explaining takaful products, conducting needs assessments, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Consultants are expected to actively engage in professional development and keep up with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage client needs while maintaining attention to detail
• Motivated self-starter with goal-driven and result-oriented attitudes
• Familiarity with the insurance or takaful sector and its practices is preferred
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Kuantan and travel as required for client meeting
• Minimum qualification is SPM
