Job summary

Two95 International Inc. is seeking an entry-level interpreter to facilitate communication between callers and operators. The role requires fluent English and Tagalog, with rotating 9-hour night shifts as scheduled by the client, and owning a smartphone and laptop for work. Public holidays are included in the schedule.

Training and onboarding are provided; you will support 24/7 operations from Malaysia, with standard weekly time off and paid training allowances.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (Read, Speak and Write).
• Fluent in Tagalog (Read, Speak and Write).
• Entry level, no qualification needed.
• Willing to work rotating 9-hour night shifts as required by client.
• Own a mobile phone with IOS 15+ or Android 12+ and a laptop.
• Willing to work on public holidays (24/7 operation).

Responsibilities

• Interpret dialogue between caller and operator to ensure clear understanding.
• Translate and convey messages accurately under time pressure.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct during shifts.
