Job summary

Two95 International Inc. seeks a Language Interpreter (English & Vietnamese) to work from home on a 12-month contract. The role involves interpreting live calls in various sectors, with night shifts and a rotating schedule. Training is provided and benefits include sick leave, annual leave and public holidays.

Candidates must be fluent in English and Vietnamese, have a compatible smartphone and laptop, and be prepared to work from home with rotating shifts and weekend/public holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (Read, Speak, Write).
• Fluent in Vietnamese (Read, Write, Speak).
• Must work from home.
• Own mobile phone with Android 12+ or iOS 15+.
• Own laptop with updated version.
• Willing to work rotating 9-hour night shifts.
• 2 days off per week, rotating.

Responsibilities

• Interpret live calls between speakers of different languages.
• Convey messages accurately in the caller's preferred language.
• Ensure a quiet, secure home workspace for calls.
• Support calls across Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality.
