Job Description
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, to offer stages, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless process and accurate data entry in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Leverage platforms such as social media, job portals, and online sourcing tools to attract candidates for current roles and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Drive the internal employee referral program by motivating staff to recommend suitable candidates.
- Represent the company at external and on-campus recruitment events to boost employer visibility.
- Ensure timely execution of hiring processes in line with internal service level agreements, including new headcount requests, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.
- Optimize usage of job boards to improve ROI, talent reach, and brand presence in the job market.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of role expectations and hiring needs.
- Guide and train managers on effective candidate identification, interview techniques, and evaluation metrics.
- Maintain consistency and professionalism across all hiring activities, ensuring compliance with internal governance policies.
- Track and assess recruitment metrics such as response rates, hiring success, and cost-per-hire to ensure hiring objectives are met efficiently and economically.
The Successful Applicant
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Brings at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within an in-house recruitment setting and similar industry background.
- Skilled in a range of sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, custom search engines, and social media platforms.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, and networking abilities.
- Adaptable, open-minded, and resilient with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintains a positive attitude and is capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced recruitment environments.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for HR and a focus on delivering practical, effective hiring solutions.
- Able to build and manage stakeholder relationships, particularly during organizational growth or expansion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
