As a Project Manager in our practice, you will:

• Drive vision and blueprint for target state business and solution architecture.
• Take accountability for excellence in design and execution.
• Provide thought leadership and be recognized as the design authority in your functional and industry domains.
• Engage client leadership to understand their vision and transformation agenda.
• Lead the engagement team to assist the client in achieving the same. Take ownership of execution excellence.
• Build relationships with client leadership, and lead ongoing business and account development activities. Lead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities, and lead major aspects of the proposal development process.
• Coach, lead, and support delivery teams and staff.
• Provide input and actively participate in recruitment and retention activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field, supported by relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP implementation, with at least 5 years in managerial roles leading projects across all modules.
• You will be a recognized leader with in-depth regional market knowledge.
• Deep and wide experience in SAP-led transformation programs in manufacturing industries.
• Broad understanding and appreciation of emerging business and technology paradigms.
• Demonstrated ability to engage client leadership and management on a range of issues.
• A self-motivated individual with the ability to chart their route to success.
• Ability to provide situational leadership to engagement teams, and coaching/mentorship to team members.
• Value-driven, inclusive individual committed to client service excellence.
• Willingness to work outside of the office base and most of all.
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit into our short-term and long-term project assignments.
