In Southeast Asia, Japanese companies have been increasingly keen to invest in recent years. Our department has seen consistent growth, with rising demand for technology-driven transformations and global management insights.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, you will:

• Demonstrate leadership in a mixed team of local and JCS members, managing projects and supporting project and client development.
• Lead SAP projects using global models, industry solutions, and best practices to reconstruct customer businesses and strengthen global collaboration on large-scale initiatives.
• Plan, conceptualize, define requirements, design, develop, test, and manage offshore delivery as part of SAP project engagements.
• Utilize our global tools and environments (e.g., S/4 HANA, SAP IBP, BO, HEC, BTP, SAC, Ariba, AWS, GCP, BW/4HANA, Fieldglass) to drive project outcomes.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese with business-level English, or native-level English with business-level Japanese
• Experience in leading projects
• Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposals
• Project experience in the areas listed in the Job Description within a consulting firm or technology vendor

We are looking for individuals with knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Core Business Operations
• Core System Implementation
• Project Management

The following experiences are particularly welcome:

• Leading specific business areas or entire SAP implementation projects
• S/4HANA implementation experience
• End-to-end SAP implementation projects across all phases
• Global project management and team leadership
• Consulting experience related to Southeast Asia

The expected human skills include:

• Proactive engagement in SAP delivery and stakeholder communication
• Ability to develop new solutions and create customer value
