This role is within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, covering SAP Module solutions. As a leader, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale, and delivery of SAP solutions, including Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
• Advise clients on industry and cross-industry best practices, SAP recommended processes and functions
• Design target state SAP solutions and influence clients’ adoption of leading practices
• Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solutions
• Perform SAP configuration, testing, and develop specifications for forms, reports, and interfaces
• Lead teams through implementation, including testing, migration, and cutover
• Support change management by developing training materials, delivering training, and supporting post-cutover users
• Develop relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or related field, with relevant experience
• Minimum 10+ years of experience with EWM Lead (Brownfield / Upgrade), including at least 8 end-to-end implementations
• Experience in consulting preferred
• Experience with S4/Hana is a plus
• Extensive SAP transformation program experience across industries
• Understanding of emerging business and technology trends
• Ability to engage stakeholders on various issues
• Self-motivated with a clear success route
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Value-driven, inclusive, and committed to excellence
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Strong command of English
