Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a T&T Consultant/Senior Consultant to lead organization workforce transformation initiatives. You will gather insights, develop recommendations with project teams, and help deliver change programs for clients in Malaysia.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with 4–6 years in consulting or HR consulting, and experience in change management. This position is based onsite in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of working experience, preferably in consulting with change management exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in management consulting or HR consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses.
• Involve in discussions and work closely with Project Manager developing client recommendations.
• Implement recommendations with project and client teams.
• Provide support to clients to deliver organizational and change initiatives.
• Support and facilitate client workshops.
• Assist in financial administration of engagements (budgets, billing, collections).

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Sociology or equivalent
• Minimum 4-6 years of working experience, preferably in consulting with change management exposures
• Strong logic, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyses complex issues, develop hypotheses and recommend solutions
• Demonstrates good knowledge of change management methodologies will be an advantage
• Experience in a management consulting firm or HR consulting organization is preferred. Candidates with experience in HR function processes, change management, organization design, talent management or leadership development are encouraged to apply
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
