This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses SAP FI Module solutions. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale, and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

1. Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
2. Advise clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes and functions.
3. Design target state SAP solutions for clients, influencing their adoption of leading/standard practices.
4. Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solutions.
5. Perform SAP configuration and testing; develop specifications for forms, reports, and interfaces.
6. Lead the consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle, including planning, testing, migration, and cutover.
7. Support change management by developing training materials, delivering training, and supporting users post-cutover.
8. Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A good honors degree, preferably postgraduate, in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology.
• Minimum of 3-6 years’ experience working as a team member on SAP PP modules, with 2-3 full lifecycle implementations preferred.
• SAP S/4 HANA experience is advantageous.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes, industry nuances, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and lead target state design.
• Proven success in conceiving and executing SAP solutions.
• Strong business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
• Willingness to work outside of office hours and travel domestically and internationally.
