  • Be an expert in Digital Sales and Marketing Automation to provide a deep understanding of the relevant Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of technology and creative business solutions for iconic brands.
  • Take the lead on projects, solving exciting problems for our clients.

  • Collaborate with digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create solutions. Support the Digital team in RFP and proposal responses.

Requirements:

If you are someone with:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant technology, business, or marketing discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting and/or CRM implementation in an enterprise environment.
  • Functional or techno-functional expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Development experience in Apex, VisualForce, Force.com, Java/J2EE, or AMPScript. Salesforce certifications in Sales, Service, and Marketing are a plus.
  • Experience contributing to RFP responses and sales activities. Strong understanding of Agile/Iterative delivery methodology.
  • Experience configuring and implementing integrations with Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud.
  • A drive to continually learn and develop.
  • A team-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to push technical limits.
  • Drive, tenacity, client focus, and results orientation.
  • An appreciation for the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel locally and abroad.
  • Good communication skills in English and Korean.
