- You may be assigned as Level 2 AMS support or Level 3 AMS support between Business/Client IT Team, partnering systems, and Application Managed Services (AMS) team. In this role, you are expected to:
- Render 2nd level or 3rd level AMS support for escalated issues by performing in-depth production incident (medium to complex level) troubleshooting, resolving incidents, and monitoring fixes to ensure correct resolution in accordance with the scope and SLA.
- Identify and perform problem management to reduce re-occurring issues/incidents. Present root cause analysis to stakeholders and deliver permanent fixes within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
- Lead discussions on high-level solution design for medium to complex enhancements, perform effort estimations, and ensure end-to-end solutioning, testing, and delivery within the timeframe and quality expectations.
- Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices, and SOPs.
- Comply with all AMS processes, procedures, and client IT policies.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance current processes.
- You may be assigned as part of a project team to implement applications. In this role, you are expected to:
- Support project delivery and develop work products addressing client needs to achieve strategic goals.
- Assist in developing presentation materials or documentation and coordinate communications with clients.
- You will collaborate with diverse team members to solve problems, improve performance, and generate value.
- You will uphold Deloitte’s standards and ethos in interactions with team members and clients.
- You may lead or coach Analysts and Consultants.
- You will contribute to business development efforts through proposals, presentations, and publications.

Qualifications include:
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 3-5 years’ experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, including support and implementation roles, and SAP Ariba.
- Knowledge of related modules and ability to understand end-to-end processes.
- Experience with technical debugging is advantageous.
- Experience with cloud/on-premise solutions.
- Familiarity with waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP, ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
- Good command of English; additional languages (Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, etc.) are beneficial.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to new solutions and support business needs.
- Willingness to work during client hours and travel if required.
