Work you’ll do

• Provide incentives and R&D tax advisory services to a portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries.
• Participate in client meetings, including engaging with C-suite executives on their investment plans and R&D/innovation activities.
• Be involved in the evaluation, preparation, application, negotiation, and management of government incentives.
• Liaise with government authorities on incentives application and R&D tax matters.
• Actively participate in client meetings to obtain details from technical specialists of R&D projects undertaken.
• Prepare R&D reports articulating the nature and progress of R&D activities undertaken, including how and why these meet the R&D tax eligibility requirements.
• Collect, collate, and review documentation and expenditure that substantiate R&D activities by matching the facts to the eligibility requirements of Singapore’s R&D tax incentive program.
• Support business development and marketing activities for the service line.
• Participate in the development of a growing global practice.

Requirements

Possess a degree in Accounting, Engineering, Science, IT, or similar.

Prior experience with Singapore economic agencies or incentive/grants applications is favorable.

Keen interest in developing within the tax industry in a professional services firm.
