Job Description

The role involves providing pre-sales technical support primarily for System business on x86 servers, storage, backup, HCI, and virtualization solutions. Additional system solutions may be developed according to the company's business direction.

Key responsibilities include studying, analyzing, integrating, and architecting system infrastructure solutions tailored to customer requirements. The candidate will assist in bidding activities such as solution architecting, BOM preparation, liaising with partners/principals, solution verification, proposal writing, customer presentations, clarifications, proof of concepts, and related activities.

The role also requires liaising with principals and being the technical champion for assigned solutions, products, or technologies. Coordination with internal or third-party deployment teams is essential to ensure successful project deployment. Providing consultancy services to customers and maintaining a customer-focused approach are vital.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Drive for results, interpersonal savvy, priority setting, problem-solving, presenting, proposal writing, and BOM preparation skills.
• Experience with proof-of-concepts.

Education and Experience

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in system infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, and backup, preferably in pre-sales support.
• Principal certifications from VMware, Veritas, Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, or Veeam are advantageous.
• Good knowledge of enterprise IT landscapes and cloud architecture.
• Strong desire to develop a career in pre-sales, focusing on design, architecture, and sales support.
• Specialization in VMware, Veritas, Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, or Veeam solutions is a strong advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English, with excellent documentation and proposal writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Self-motivated, independent, and a good team player.
• Ability to work under tight schedules to meet project deadlines.
