Qualifications

• Basic network knowledge (IP address/LAN/WAN) required.
• Understand basic wiring and voltage for ELV.
• Able to read and follow electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation or repair of equipment and software.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform necessary repairs.
• Respond to customer service requests and perform on-site repairs.

Job description

Responsible for performing skilled technical work in the installation, maintenance, repair, modification as well as testing of access control closed circuit television (CCTV), and security systems hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the installation or repair of equipment, software, or other systems.
• Diagnosed, troubleshoot, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and perform repairs as necessary.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Manage system documentation in terms of project checklist.
• Respond to customer service request to troubleshooting security system equipment and complete on-site repair based on project warranty.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customers
• Attend risk assessment as per requested.
• Ready for any on-call duty based on project requirement.
• Need to travel to all project sites if required.
• Perform any ad hoc task assigned by immediate superior; project engineer, project coordinator, project manager and others.
