Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in computer science or information technology.
• Experience with cloud platforms, automation tools, and monitoring systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
• An understanding of DevOps principles and system architecture.
• Familiarity with security protocols and best practices in system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability across all infrastructure.
• Develop and implement automation tools to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and improve system resilience.
• Optimize existing systems for better scalability, performance, and security.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement long-term solutions.
• Participate in the design and deployment of new infrastructure and tools.
