A leading company in Shah Alam is looking for a skilled System Engineer with expertise in Windows and Linux. You will be responsible for deploying VoIP systems and ensuring their functionality. A minimum of 2 years of experience and a proactive approach are required, along with the opportunity for career advancement into Technical Advisory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Engineer.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Comfortable traveling to client sites within Klang Valley.

About the job System Engineer - Windows / Linux

Responsibilities

• Primarily involve in configuring and deploying VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) systems.
• Setting up and adjusting various components of a system to ensure they function correctly and efficiently according to the requirements and specification.
• Installation, Configuration, Maintenance and Upgrades of VoIP infrastructure, PBX system and products.
• Analyse SIP packets to identify network and call quality issues and disruptions to service quality.

Must Have

• Proficient in Window & Linux
• Independent - Doesn't need to be micro-managed
• Comfortable in traveling on client site (Within Klang Valley area)

Nice to have

• Infrastructure Management
• Network Management
• Mid level: min. 2 years of experience in system engineer
• Reporting to the Tech Lead, System Consultant
• Venture career path into Technical Advisory, where you will be providing technical proposals based on the client network environment.
