Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and solution-driven individual to join our IT team. You will be responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of internal systems that support our business operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all phases of the System Development Life Cycle, including gathering user requirements, system design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide consultation and solutions as per user requests in Helpdesk within the specified time.
• Perform system settings, maintenance, and backups to safeguard information integrity for end users.
• Establish and monitor various system components' health and integrity, and conduct periodic performance optimization to ensure systems run at optimal performance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Section Manager or HOD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Knowledge in programming and SQL (Oracle or Microsoft SQL).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex situations confidently.
• Willing to work on team rotational standby duty when required.
• Knowledge in C#, VB.Net, virtualization, and semiconductor manufacturing processes is an added advantage.
