Role Overview:

We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented ERP Systems Engineer to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong IT foundation and experience in ERP system configuration, user access control, and backend data support. You will play a critical role in maintaining the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our ERP platform. As part of HSP’s long-term digital transformation plan, this role offers future growth into ERP development, system integration, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1) ERP System Administration

• Configure and manage user roles, permissions, and module access within the ERP system.
• Maintain data accuracy, workflows, and business rules across departments (e.g. sales, inventory, finance).
• Liaise with end-users to troubleshoot ERP-related issues and support daily operations.

2) System Enhancement & Project Support

• Assist in ERP improvements, module testing, version upgrades, and feature rollouts.
• Collaborate with department leads and ERP vendors to gather system requirements and validate solutions.
• Document changes, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3) Database & Technical Support

• Perform basic MSSQL queries to support reporting, data extraction, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure data integrity and perform routine system health checks.
• Support the IT team in related technical tasks such as system backups and user provisioning

4） IT Coordination & Onboarding

• Support user onboarding and off boarding, ensuring smooth ERP access and handover of accounts.
• Maintain system user records and participate in audits or access reviews when required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in IT systems/ ERP support/ software, with proven expertise in managing MSSQL databases, RDP environments and legacy system support.
3. Familiar with cloud server (AWS is a bonus), remote desktop setups, basic MSSQL, ERP logic.
4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
5. Integrity and a commitment to ethical, honest work practices.
