Responsibilities:

1. Lead the BI Analytics Development Team in creating and implementing Business Intelligence solutions to support organizational growth.
2. Manage and develop enterprise BI reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and data exploration tools that transform data into insightful information to support business needs.
3. Serve as the technical expert on BI projects, overseeing development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of BI solutions.
4. Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions aligned with BI/Data Warehouse architecture.
5. Design and implement data models to support BI capabilities and self-service analytics.
6. Review and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and data processing for system performance and stability.
7. Address production system issues to ensure accurate and timely data for analytics.
8. Manage project documentation and version control to ensure knowledge retention and standardization.
9. Report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in BI analytics and data management.
• Minimum 3 years of software development or technical support experience.
• Experience managing technical teams.
• Proficiency in BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data pipelines, and data quality management.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization, architecture, and data warehousing.
• Programming skills in SAS, .NET (VB), SQL, and database management.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
