Core Responsibilities:

• Project Development - understand user requirements and requests for proposals including concept, technical specifications, platform, and solution functional specifications. Conduct audits of new applications and related documentation, and ensure IT projects are implemented on schedule.
• System Development - participate in requirement analysis, prepare functional and technical documentation, test and deploy solutions with new enhancements and system implementations. Collaborate closely with users, project teams, product teams, and development teams for timely delivery. Safeguard the confidentiality of the source code, and provide support for application maintenance, internal and user training, and performance tuning as needed.
• Department Support – drive performance by preparing activity reports, ensuring process consistency, maximizing efficiency, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Familiar with SDLC and proficient in C# (mandatory), Java, .NET, and SQL.
• Experience with Java/ASP.net, Web Service, JavaScript, REACTJS, UI/UX Design, IIS/Apache Tomcat, MSSQL/MYSQL Server.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, system analysis, design, and coding.
• Experience in implementation, installation, testing, and troubleshooting complex application software.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to start immediately at GSC HQ office in Damansara Jaya.
