Le titulaire du poste travaillera sur l'analyse, la conception et la mise en œuvre de systèmes d'information, tout en assistant les utilisateurs internes et externes pour mieux comprendre les exigences commerciales. Job description

A system analyst is an IT professional who specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems. Systems analysts assess the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaise with end users and developers in order to achieve these outcomes. Uses analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology. Systems analysts may serve as change agents who identify the organizational improvements needed, design systems to implement those changes, and train and motivate others to use the systems.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce user guide and conduct end user training.

To be in-charge of technical documentation, requirement documentation, application modeling and system design.

Work closely with developers to translate design to coding object.

To liaise with internal/external users to understand the exact business requirements.

Document detailed technical requirements, hardware requirements and logic implementations.

Prepare user manuals, technical handouts and operational manuals and train the end users and system users.

Stay updated with latest development technologies, analyzes whether existing systems are outdated and needs to be replaced and research existing systems/process & prepare technical proposal for implementing new systems.

Identify, understand and plan for organizational and human impacts of planned systems, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets.

Plan a system flow from the ground up.

To conduct facilitated workshops/interviews/sessions/questionnaire aimed at interacting with specialized audiences of the product being developed and understanding the complete requirements details.

To plan how the system in expected to behave in different situations/environments and document exceptions and obtain approval for the completed requirements.

Assist programmers understand the complete requirements and all the associated aspects (technical, functional and operational).

Oversee development, assign tasks and supervise the progress of the activities assigned to the development team.

Create test cases and assist the testing team in identifying testing scenarios.

Test the application by doing unit testing, functional testing and application testing – ensuring the functional and technical compatibility of the product with the requirements.

Assist in change management, control and measure whether development of project is in sync with documented & approved requirements.

Assist, inspect and aid the deployment and maintenance of the system.

Performs other related duties as assigned by Head of Department (HoD) or Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

Demonstrates strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and a basic understanding of process management.

Highly motivated, goal-driven, and committed to learning how to deliver effective system solutions that meet user needs.

Familiar with key industry standards, basic software development methodologies and general regulatory requirements through academic projects and coursework.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay.

Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Able to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to system improvement.

Understanding of client-server architecture and web-based applications.

Foundational knowledge of networking principles and system design.

Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Able to run and understand database queries.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in a relevant technical field.

Fresh graduate or at least two (2) years of working experience in related field.

Able to demonstrate knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
