Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux servers hosted on AliCloud.
• Manage cloud infrastructure changes with external service providers.
• Oversee Google Workspace, Cloudflare DNS, and enterprise IT systems.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and identity lifecycle.
• Provide Level 2 & Level 3 infrastructure and technical support.
• Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and coordinate remediation.
• Implement and maintain firewalls, endpoint security, antivirus, and patch management.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and security documentation while supporting audits and compliance.

Project/Goal:

Strengthen and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, cloud environment, and cybersecurity posture by ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant operations. This role will support business continuity through proactive infrastructure management, security monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement of enterprise security controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Linux servers hosted on AliCloud.
• Manage cloud infrastructure changes with external service providers.
• Oversee Google Workspace, Cloudflare DNS, and enterprise IT systems.

• Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and enterprise IAM solutions.
• Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CCSP, or equivalent.
