A leading occupational health company is seeking a Senior Occupational Health Physician to deliver expert medical care while influencing the business. This role provides a unique mix of clinical autonomy and business leadership, with a profit-sharing scheme tied to company growth. Applicants must hold GMC registration and have significant occupational health experience, with four days of on-site client visits in the Devon area.
Salary Range: £130,000 - £160,000 pro rata + Benefits and Generous Profit-Sharing Scheme

The Opportunity:
This is a rare opportunity to move beyond a traditional salaried position. As a Senior Occupational Health Physician, you will deliver expert medical care while having a truly influential role in shaping the business. The role offers the flexibility of a mixed home-based and on-site working model, with a minimum commitment of 22.5 hours per week. A key requirement is a minimum of four days per month of on-site client visits, predominantly in the Devon area. All travel, accommodation, and a generous meal allowance for these visits will be covered by the company.
