- Minimum 3 years of working experience in development
- Related Technical practices: Software Design, Application Architecture Design, etc.
- Fundamental analytical & conceptual thinking skills

- The ability to work with business squads to determine acceptable solutions
- Good working knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements is an added advantage
- Technical knowledge of SWIFT and RENTAS systems and messaging
Key Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturing and delivery of IT applications, change requests, both internally and with SBU Engagement Managers/SMEs, to ensure the proper functioning of the application system and meet business needs
- Develop technical solutions within the existing ecosystem boundaries
- Engage with Squad Lead to develop and manage request deliverables, plans, and timelines
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
- Perform requirement analysis and SIT testing
- Understand system usage related to daily business operations and advocate for improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide production support and assist in identifying root causes of application issues
- Offer post-implementation support to business users in their areas of responsibility
- Ensure compliance with all processes, audits, and risk management procedures during user story execution
- Continuously assess and respond to regulatory and compliance demands, maintaining strict adherence to relevant guidelines at all times
