Job description

To lead the Innovation Hub under Alliance Innovation Council (AIC), driving strategic execution of approved use cases through design thinking, experimentation, and full-scale deployment. Responsible for technology solutioning to complement functional requirements and integrating data, cloud, and AI technologies to deliver transformative outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Alliance Innovation Council (AIC) agenda, investments and expected outcome or learnings
• Strategic Leadership of AIC Innovation Execution - Lead the execution of the AIC Innovation Execution Framework, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, regulatory requirements, and business outcomes. Oversee the full lifecycle from use case submission to MVP experimentation and full-scale rollout.
• Design Thinking and Ideation Facilitation - Champion and facilitate design thinking workshops across business and support units to uncover friction points, co-create solutions, and define MVPs. Promote structured ideation and problem-solving to drive customer-centric innovation.
• Technology and Solution Market Scanning - Conduct market scans and RFI exercises to identify emerging technologies, fintech solutions, and platforms that align with AIC use cases. Evaluate solution fit, cost, and scalability in collaboration with IT, Risk, and Compliance.
• MVP Delivery and Agile Lab Oversight - Manage MVP development cycles within the AIC Agile Lab, ensuring delivery within the 4-month bounded timeline and cost bounded budget. Track progress, validate outcomes, and prepare for post-MVP investment decisions.
• Integration of Data, Cloud, and AI Capabilities - Ensure all innovation initiatives leverage the bank’s strategic pillars of data, cloud, and AI. Collaborate with infrastructure and analytics teams to embed scalable, secure, and compliant technology stacks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Governance - Coordinate across business units, support functions, and external partners to ensure seamless execution. Maintain governance standards, risk controls, and alignment with the Data Analytics Roadmap and AIC Terms of Reference
• Evangelizing Innovation Across the Organization - Promote a culture of innovation and experimentation bank-wide. Lead internal campaigns, showcases, and forums to encourage ideation, employee engagement, and cross-functional participation in innovation initiatives.
• Outcome-Driven Execution and Reporting - Define and monitor success criteria for MVPs and full-scale projects. Report progress, outcomes, and learnings to the Alliance Innovation Council and executive stakeholders. Ensure transparency and accountability in innovation delivery.

• Strong understanding of software development, SLM, RPA, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure and data governance.
• Experience managing agile innovation labs and MVP delivery cycles.
• Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.
