About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sustainability Engineer to join our dynamic team at EES CONSULTANTS PLT. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and innovative solutions to help our clients achieve their environmental and sustainability goals.

What you'll be doing

• Provide support in conducting GHG accounting and carbon footprint assessments in line with international standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, ISO 14064).

• Assist in the preparation of ESG reports following recognized frameworks (e.g., GRI, IFRS, SASB), including data gathering, analysis, and drafting of supporting report content.

• Assist consultant and trainers in the coordination and delivery of training programs and consultancy projects.

• Prepare and deliver client presentations and software demonstrations to clients from industry and academia.

• Support pre-sales activities and assist in identifying and generating leads for sustainability services and training.

• Conduct market research on regulatory trends and sustainability best practices to identify new opportunities

• Attend exhibitions and networking events to build connections.

• Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and marketing materials as required.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Environmental, Chemical or Energy Engineering.

• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.

• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Interest in ESG, carbon and energy management, and sustainable development.

• Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients and partners.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
