Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet high quality standards and compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards. The Production Supervisor will lead production teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and efficiency.

Role requires strong leadership, with 3–5 years in manufacturing supervision, and familiarity with lean practices and ERP systems. Mandarin knowledge is a plus for this role in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
