Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the application support for its finance systems stack, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

You will manage a diverse team of consultants across Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and India, ensuring stability and continuous improvement while meeting stakeholder expectations. You will report to the Solutions Manager II, Finance Systems and be based onsite in Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Support Manager in a finance ERP environment, leading service ops and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes across global systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement modules.
• Experience managing Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, releases and testing.
• Proven track record in reducing ticket volumes and escalations.

Get to Know the Role

You will lead the application support function for Grab's finance systems landscape. You will manage a team of internal and external support consultants, ensuring effective service delivery, operational stability, continuous improvement and strong stakeholder satisfaction.

You will lead a team of more than 15 consultants and specialists across Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and India. This role requires a leader who combines strong people and stakeholder management with hands‑on functional and technical expertise in finance ERP environments. You are passionate about managing, coaching and mentoring a team.

You will act as the senior operational owner for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and related finance platforms. You will ensure production stability, lead critical incident resolution, govern Oracle quarterly updates, oversee integration health and support month‑end and year‑end finance activities.

You will serve as a senior escalation point for critical incidents, support Finance and Procurement leadership, manage vendor performance and align application support with the Finance Systems technology roadmap.

You will report to Solutions Manager II, Finance Systems and be based onsite at our Petaling Jaya office.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 7 years of experience as a Support Manager in a finance systems or ERP application support environment, with responsibility for service operations, people leadership, vendor management and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Good knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes for global systems.
• Strong hands‑on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement and related cross‑module processes such as Record‑to‑Report and Procure‑to‑Pay.
• Strong technical understanding of Oracle Fusion integrations, including Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP web services, FBDI, ADFDI, scheduled processes, interface monitoring and error resolution.
• Experience managing Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, patches and release cycles, including impact assessment, regression testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, defect management and production readiness.
• Experience supporting month‑end and year‑end close, Oracle Support Service Requests, SOX controls, audit requirements and critical production incidents.
• Experience using AI and automation to improve support, such as knowledge management, self‑service, ticket classification, automated triage and workflow automation.
• A proven track record of reducing ticket volumes, repeat incidents, handling time or escalations.

Good to have

• Knowledge of ITSM solutions, but FreshService and Jira experiences.
• Experience supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud and Smart View.
• Experience leading Oracle Cloud implementation, migration, upgrade or global rollout.
• Experience supporting integrations with treasury, expenses, CRM, banking, tax or procurement platforms.
• Experience designing Oracle ERP self‑service, automation, knowledge‑management and shift‑left support capabilities.
