Deliver outstanding support and drive sales by creating meaningful customer experiences. You’ll be the go-to person, ensuring every customer’s journey is smooth, from pre-sale to after-sale.

What’s Your Role?

You’re not just a Sales & Support Executive—you’re an essential part of our customer experience and sales process. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

Be the Voice of Hendshake: Reach out to customers, gather feedback, and build stronger relationships. Be the friendly face of our brand that makes customers feel heard and valued.

Pre-Sale Support: Help customers decide by providing them with all the information they need—quotations, proposals, and samples. You’ll be their go-to guide, making sure no questions go unanswered.

Support the Sale: Be there through the whole buying process—from assisting with invoices to ensuring smooth order processing.

Post-Sale Success: Onboard customers and make sure they’re getting the most out of their purchase. Your follow-up will guarantee their happiness and keep them coming back.

Customer Support: Whether it’s email, WhatsApp, or web inquiries, you’ll be our customer’s problem-solver—responding quickly, resolving issues, and leaving everyone with a smile.

Print, Pack, Post: Help with the behind-the-scenes work of packaging and shipping, ensuring the customer gets their order on time.

Event Support: Whether it’s pre-event, during-event, or post-event, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly. Your contribution will ensure successful events every time.

Handle Ad-Hoc Tasks: Jump in where needed and support the team across various tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

What’s the Requirements?

At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer support.

Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

A friendly, upbeat personality that makes people feel at ease.

A go-getter attitude—you take ownership and lead when necessary.

Team player with the ability to work well with others and go the extra mile.

Own transportation to commute to the office and event.
