What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure (VMs, storage, App Services, Networking, DNS).
- Maintain cloud services such as MailGun, and Google Firebase.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues in the office.
- Troubleshoot and support: Office hardware (laptops, printers, network devices); Internet and local networking; Internal systems, websites, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, etc.); DNS and domain-related issues; System issues reported by users.
- Manage and respond to support tickets via Freshdesk.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and maintenance.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant tech teams and follow up to resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation and inventory of devices.
- Maintain and support relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL) including performance tuning and disaster recovery.
- Oversee backups, recovery plans, and infrastructure security policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a technical support, IT helpdesk, or IT technician role.
- Familiarity with office IT setups: routers, switches, DNS settings, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Workspace (Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, etc.).
- Experience using ticketing systems like Freshdesk (or similar).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or ability to check logs/query databases is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple issues calmly and efficiently.
- Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience supporting web systems or cloud platforms (e.g., cPanel, Azure, or AWS).
- Knowledge of email authentication (e.g., SPF/DKIM).
- Exposure to remote support tools and device management systems.
