Responsible for project implementation tasks at customer sites including system installation, configuration, commissioning, testing, documentation and user training.
Provide system diagnostic, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance support for customers’ system on-site
Support and maintain call center recording system.
Installation of recording system.
Responsible for data migration and server upgrade.
Liaise closely with customers, suppliers, product principals and telecommunications service providers in all project and fault rectification tasks being assigned.
Provide technical support for pre-sales activities as required.
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 to 2 years of solid experience in integration, migration, or cutover in networking and telecommunications, with familiarity in work procedures being an added advantage.
Proficiency in AVAYA Telephony Solution systems, PABX systems, voice system and networking systems as well as servers, switching, and routers is a must.
Desirable Experience:
Energetic and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates good initiative with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
Willingness to travel and possess own transport.
