About the Position:

In close collaboration with the project manager, you will be responsible for providing technical consultation to customers and executing projects for implementing Zennio solutions, following established procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Project Programming: Confirm and validate technical specifications with customers, program, and document projects to deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaboration with Operations: Set up sample rooms according to customer needs to demonstrate solutions effectively.
• Technical Support: Handle inquiries and resolve questions throughout the project/product lifecycle to ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Active Reporting: Identify project needs and report them to improve products, solutions, and programming systems.
• Leading Integrations: Execute integrations with local software in collaboration with HQ and foster industry partnerships.
• Updating Procedures: Revise and optimize work procedures to facilitate onboarding of new team members.
• Technical Consultation for Sales: Support sales with programming possibilities to ensure feasible solutions during the sales process.
• Conducting Beta Tests: Test new products and solutions to meet customer requirements before release.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering or equivalent technological fields.
• Background in the technological sector.
• Advanced knowledge of KNX.
• Experience with DALI.
• Experience in network configuration.
• Basic Linux knowledge.
• Proficiency in English or Spanish at C2 level or native fluency.
