Job description

Develop and execute fulfillment strategies using sales forecasts, inventory reports, and other sources to optimize warehousing, fulfillment, freight costs, and delivery times to customers. Applies to in-house, imports, and toll-pack.

Evaluate, monitor, and project short- and medium-term supply/demand analysis (capacity planning) and provide insights and solutions for potential roadblocks. Advise on production capacity requirements based on planning horizons.

Provide supply chain expertise to internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Legal) to influence business strategies and decisions.

Coordinate on New Product Development (NPD) to ensure timely outgate and forecast accuracy, as well as product depletion with minimal write-off, per management direction.

Address SAP planning or stock availability issues and assist in projects related to SAP PP module, Prevail, and Master Data as needed.

Manage and control finished goods inventories to meet financial targets, ensuring optimal product availability through effective utilization of on-site assets.

Maintain a clean, accurate, and accessible database of demand and supply chain information for use in working files and SAP.

Promote understanding of planning concepts and models throughout the organization, continuously evaluating performance. Serve as the subject matter expert.

Provide daily and weekly stock reports with analysis, sharing updates with all stakeholders and coordinating effectively as a team.

Create a Brunei plan based on demand forecasts to meet local requirements.

Ensure end-to-end management of in-house co-packer supply and production planning.

Provide supply forecasts for toll-packers (e.g., KJ) based on demand forecasts.

Maintain finished goods inventory levels aligned with demand forecasts to support operations and customer needs for in-house, imports, and toll-pack.

Requirements

University degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain/Logistics preferred.

Minimum 1 year of supply chain experience.

Strong analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP R/3 (SNP, MRP). Experience in management and inter-departmental conflict resolution, with factual decision-making skills.

Ability to work in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
