Position Overview: Supply Planner

The Supply Planner manages procurement of SKUs from suppliers, including intercompany and third-party, to support AOS health, on-time delivery, and inventory targets. Responsibilities include overseeing third-party supplier management—quarterly lead time assessments, supplier on-time delivery (OTD), and follow-ups on open purchase orders. The role involves partnering with distribution centers to resolve inbound errors, coordinating with logistics for timely product delivery, and updating standard work procedures.

This position reports to the Supply Planning Team Lead and is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. It is an on-site role, working in AMER time zone and observing AMER public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of SKUs with suppliers to ensure delivery and inventory targets.
• Manage third-party suppliers: quarterly lead time, OTD, and follow-up on open POs.
• Partner with distribution centers for inbound error resolution.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery to distribution centers.
• Follow standard work procedures.

Essential Requirements:

• Proficiency in SAP (MM Module) preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer satisfaction focus.
• Experience in supplier management and supply chain operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Python for data analysis.
• Experience managing supply chain projects.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory planning.
