The Role

The Supply Planner is responsible for managing the procurement of required SKUs from complex suppliers, including intercompany and third-party, to support AOS health, on-time delivery, and inventory targets.

• Oversee third-party supplier management, including quarterly lead time assessments, supplier on-time delivery (OTD), and follow-ups on open purchase orders.
• Partner with distribution centers to resolve inbound errors, coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery to distribution centers and update standard work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of required SKUs with suppliers (intercompany and 3rd party) to support AOS health, on time delivery and inventory targets.
• Review Purchase Reqs and Purchase orders vs. sales orders; inventory levels to ensure customer service levels and reduce slow moving stock; and exception messages to ensure product is expedite on time.
• Monitor Goods in Transit and resolve issues which arise.
• Resolve blocked stock, backlog, and supply issues.
• Manage queries in the customer service DB and support monthly revenue roll up and estimates.
• Resolve GRIR Compliance Management.

Requirements

• SAP Skills (MM Module) preferred.
• Commercial acumen combined with a strong desire to provide customer satisfaction.
• Supplier management experience and minimum 24 months supply chain experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
• Positive mindset & actively encourages other team members.

Nice to Have

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, to analyze supply chain data and make informed decisions.
• Project Management: Experience in managing supply chain projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Forecasting and Planning: Expertise in demand forecasting and inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer demand.
