As a key driver of asset utilization within our Supply Chain and Plant network, you will collaborate closely with Demand Partners and the S&OP process to align supply and capacity with the demand plan. Your expertise will ensure the seamless creation and communication of Master Production Schedules (MPS) to the Production Scheduler at the plant, enabling the development of a finite production schedule. By optimizing Manufacturing Assets, you will enhance efficiency while maintaining exceptional service for both our external and internal customers.

Leverage the commercial depletion demand signal, on-hand inventory, and inventory targets to align with DC replenishment needs. Develop and execute a comprehensive network supply plan within SAP that meets financial goals, operational capabilities, and service objectives, including OTIF.
Collaborate with demand planners, customer management, supply planners, sales, and finance to deliver distributor and replenishment plans. Provide exception-based reporting for the assigned business unit (Customer PSI and predictive OTIF reports), offering actionable recommendations to meet both actual and forecasted demand.
Ensure that system-generated planned orders align with production needs and are correctly converted into process orders within the detailed production scheduling horizon.
Develop supply plans and coordinate the dispatch of materials to third-party manufacturers to maintain uninterrupted service for customers.
Oversee aging finished goods as part of inventory control tower process. Partner with commercial teams, demand planning, and senior supply chain stakeholders to mitigate risk and prevent recurrence.
Analyze MTO/ATO demand versus MTS demand within the master production schedule, ensuring a balanced and achievable plan.
Collaborate with the Planning Manager and in-region supply chain leadership to drive continuous improvement across key metrics, including service targets, network optimization, and inventory levels.
Assist the wider Supply Chain team with capacity planning, future availability assessments, and labor planning within the S&OP process.
Support Production Planning in adjusting near-term schedules, prioritizing Made-To-Order customers while optimizing Made-To-Stock production to account for short-term demand fluctuations.
Facilitate network management by coordinating material transfers between manufacturing locations based on business needs.
Maintain and update master data for finished goods, including safety stocks and inventory stocking policies. Ensure the accuracy of system-generated planning outputs by working closely with the business and Supply Chain Planning Data team.
Provide reporting on Key Performance Indicators such as working capital (Distributor and DC Inventory Days on Hand, inventory turns, actual vs. target) and service metrics (OTIF, out-of-stocks). Lead process improvement initiatives while effectively prioritizing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of experience in a supply chain or planning-related role.
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) for demand planning and supply management.
Strong Excel skills required; familiarity with Power BI is preferred.
