Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fulfillment strategies using sales forecasts, inventory reports and other sources to achieve the optimum balance between warehousing, fulfillment, freight costs and delivery time to customer. Applies for in-house, imports and toll-pack.
- Evaluate, monitor and project short/medium term supply/demand analysis (i.e., capacity planning) and provide insights/ solutions for roadblocks seen. Able to advise on production capacity requirement based on planning horizons.
- Provide supply chain expertise to internal parties (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Legal) in order to influence business strategies and decisions.
- Coordinate on NPD ensure the right timing of outgate to meet and ensure forecast reach on time, as well as ensuring product depletion with minimal write-off as per management direction.
- Coordinating on SAP issue which relates to planning or stock availability and assisting in the project (SAP PP module, Prevail and Master data) if required.
- Manage and control finished goods inventories for assigned items in order to achieve the company's financial targets. To manage optimum degree of product availability through effective and efficient utilization of the fixed assets available on site.
- Responsible to keep a clean, accurate and readily available database of demand and supply chain information to be used in working file and SAP database.
- Ensures understanding of planning concept and models throughout the organization and continuously evaluates performance. Be the subject matter expert.
- Provide Daily & weekly Stock report of current inventory with analysis -
- S&OE key stake holder to share the update of supply to all stakeholders. Coordinate effectively and engage as a TEAM.
- Create Brunei plan to fulfill the requirement based on Brunei Demand forecasts.
- Ensure end-to-end In-House Co-packer Management of FG Supply, and Production planning.
- Provide Supply Forecasts for Toll-packer (3rd Party - KJ) based on Demand Forecasts
- Maintain FG inventory availability using demand forecasts in order to support the operations plans and customer demand of the plant for in-house, import and toll-pack.
Requirements
- University Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance or Industrial Engineering with Supply Chain/Logistics focus preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain.
- Strong analytical and computer skills including Microsoft Office Tools & SAP R/3 (SNP, MRP). Prior management & inter-departmental conflict resolution experience. Factual decision-making skills.
- Must be able to work in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
