• Manage a portfolio of products for order replenishment between supplier/factory/principal and Yee Lee branches.
• Ensure market/stock planning accuracy for delivery and order replenishment.
• Analyze supply demand data and forecast trends versus the Trade Marketing-Marketing Plan.
• Perform daily branch ordering requisition and Purchase Order Processing.
• Work with external parties to ensure on-time delivery and follow-up on delivery lead times.
• Plan inventory from branch Purchase Order to supplier/principal.
• Manage inventory levels and support projects and promotions.
• Analyze Sell Out vs. Replenishment Parameters to optimize inventory within KPI targets.
• Support internal branch and external party inquiries.
• Provide reports and information to management.
• Report operational and stock supply issues to the MP Manager.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Negotiate best deals with vendors based on quality, lead time, and other factors.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage as this task need to communicate with China / overseas clients) and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Team player with strong coordination and liaising capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Minimum education: Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
• No work experience required; experience in ordering/planning or related fields is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
