Job description
Overview

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives.

Manage stock level of product and prepared for weekly, monthly and yearly report for all related activity to supply chain.

Manage the logistic schedule of delivery and collection for our chemical products.

Optimize the inventory levels and reduce excess stock while ensuring product availability.

Liase and communicate with the forwarding agent regarding the collection and delivery document that need the Customs Form and others related document for LMW , Non LMW or MIDA.

Oversee the logistics , transportation and warehouse operation to ensure timely delivery.

Understand and fast adaption with the business culture and process.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Chemical

Working Experience

2 years experience in the Supply Chain, Purchasing, Transportation and Sales.

Experience in handling Import, Export, Free Trade Zone of Chemical items.

Personal Attributes

Fast Adaption

Can work under minimal supervision, work independently and efficiently under pressure.

Able to think out of the box

Advantage

Good in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Experience in SQL

Experience in Dagangnet, MIDA and MySST

Experience in QMS and EMS audit and ISO Knowledge.

Monday to Friday (8.00 am to 5.00 pm)
