To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Solution Manager located in Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor.

What a typical day looks like:

• Interface with customers in process/systems related discussion and design of solutions addressing their needs (with maximum utilization of Flex standards).
• Enable new business opportunities through supporting discussion on RFP. Implementation of proposed solutions (Project Management).
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of planning and procurement solutions.
• Support the implementation of global tools and solutions to meet Customer needs and GPSC Goals.
• Train site planning & procurement resources.
• Lead in maintaining good internal and customer relationships and act as escalation point in case of customer or process issues.
• Lead and motivate project team members.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators at manufacturing locations to identify & assist in opportunities for improvement.
• Assess problem areas and provide root cause analysis, technical support, and direction to resolve issues.
• Establish Project Plans; manage projects from initiation to delivery and compliance.
• Communicate project requirements and budget to cross-functional teams, including senior management.
• Review and update Project Plan as needed, report weekly progress and risks.
• Conduct presentations and training for Project Team and management as needed.
• Create and update Training Documentation for End Users.
• Coordinate and perform UAT related to Enhancements and Bug Fixes.
• Recommend policy changes affecting other organizations.
• Interact with internal customers, functional peer managers, middle and senior management.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Possesses a Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
