More about the role

This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a Supply Chain Project Manager for Cooper Lighting Solutions within Signify.

1. Drive the supply chain strategy for finished goods within the relevant commodity team, including representatives from supply chain, procurement, and other functions.
2. Manage forecast and supply confirmation processes with suppliers to ensure maximum material availability at optimal costs and risks.
3. Implement structural improvements in finished goods supply management.
4. Oversee lead times and accuracy with suppliers.
5. Define and monitor supply chain KPIs and performance targets for suppliers.
6. Create and manage logistics agreements with suppliers.
7. Support supplier auditing and development activities.
8. Resolve global shortages through escalation management and the scarcity allocation process.
9. Manage global excess POs and stock, including provisioning and settlement processes with BFR suppliers.
10. Maintain stakeholder management, reporting, and information sharing, including escalation procedures.
11. Support NPI projects and report potential supply chain risks.

More about you

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in data analysis, supply chain management, or supply planning.
3. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strategic thinking and the ability to handle complexity and make quick decisions.
8. Fluent in English and Chinese is required.
