Job summary

Zebra Technologies in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Planner I to support and improve material planning for regional operations. You will assist in planning supply schedules, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Demand, Buyers, Operations, Logistics and Finance. Candidates should have high school education and some international supply chain exposure; hybrid work is available to balance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent.
• Work Experience: International Supply Chain experience in service and/or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of supply chain model within the region.
• Plan and develop supply schedule to maintain inventory for internal or external customers.
• Review and adjust demand plan with internal stakeholders.
• Follow Zebra procedures to resolve issues impacting the supply plan.
• Monitor open purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries; work with Order Management to resolve errors.
• Identify shortages and support resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to confirm production/shipping schedules.
• Receive detailed instructions on all work.
• Assist in ad-hoc analyses and participate in cross-functional projects as needed.
