What You Will Do

1. Plan, coordinate, and control daily scheduling and production operations.
2. Assess production schedules, optimize build plans, and prioritize tasks to meet delivery performance and customer requirements.
3. Participate in production control activities, analyze BOM inventory, monitor WIP, and track output.
4. Find ways to add value to services provided to support internal and external stakeholders.
5. Ensure planning activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and relevant laws and regulations.
6. Achieve and maintain customer satisfaction through actual performance and continuous efficiency improvements.

What You Will Need

1. A degree in any discipline.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in planning or logistics. Experience in capacity planning is an advantage.
3. Good interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
4. Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation.
5. Experience with SAP and MES systems is preferred.
